By day, the dining room is bathed in natural light while lighting is subdued in the evening, creating a warm atmosphere conducive to discussions. During summer season, there is also a charming terrace lined with plants and partially covered with vines which allows you to comfortably enjoy fair-weather.
In 2018, Jason-Neil Tremblay and Cathy Deschambault, owners of bar Clébard, teamed up with chef Simon Leblanc to open Joséphine, a fish and seafood restaurant located on Le Plateau Mont-Royal.
The menu mainly includes fish and seafood in addition to a raw bar but a delicious meat option is always available. Through his previous experiences, Chef Simon Leblanc can add a well-thought Asian, Portuguese or French twist to his dishes.
